Director appointed at French-Azerbaijani University
Vazeh Asgarov has been appointed director of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ) upon approval of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Education and recommendation of the rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University, Mustafa Babanli.
Mustafa Babanli introduced Vazeh Asgarov to the university staff on Wednesday.
He noted Asgarov’s appointment was also approved by the University of Strasbourg.
Babanli added that Asgarov has for many years studied and worked at the University of Strasbourg, he is well aware of the French education system.
Assistant professor Vazeh Asgarov, in turn, expressed gratitude for his appointment, pledging that he will spare no efforts to justify the confidence shown in him.
